At PlayingCardDecks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and unwashed to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
